GS700 Monitor 3 Profile Dropdown Missing?

Hello Polycom Friends, 

Interesting observation that i am trying to help a colleague with. She found that a particular GS700 is missing the drop down for Monitor Profile under Monitor 3, she is specifically looking for the record settings. Reference: What do the recording settings on Group 700 mean? 

Is there a prerequisite that you must meet before that option shows in the web UI?
