G'day. I am guessing this problem could be 1 of 3 things.
1) My syntax is wrong.
2) Haven't properly configured the settings.
3) Using trial version.
I can join a VMR hosted by our branch office RealPresence device by using the syntax VMR_number@tiptvideo.telstra.com from a laptop running RealPresence desktop.
However if I attempt a point to point connection using TIPTphonenumber@tiptvideo.telstra.com the kind lady's voice advises me "You are not able to make this call, pls contact your administrator."
Quick note: RealPresence desktop is installed on a laptop which has an Internet connection and operating in the internal network.
Any ideas please?
