Audio Output on Polycom X30 or X50

Hi, sorry it may be trivial, but is it possible to connect the headset to X30 or X50 and have independent audio through this? i.e. everyone in the room listens to the audio through the main poly speaker, but one person wants to use the headset with larger volume (so we don't have to increase volume for everyone in the room). Hope it does make sense, thanks
