New Group Series on Software Version 6.1.5 unable to connect to Cisco Webex Meeting

Hi,

 

We just acquired a Polycom Group Series 500, installed standalone but is not able to connect to Cisco Webex. The call keeps dropping and error says "Check the Number".

 

Software Version: 6.1.5

 

Will appreciate feedbacks on how to resolve this.
