We have recently had a Teams board room AV install set up and configured. Everyone loves the eagle camera, but the feedback from the senior staff is that while in a meeting and muted, if the staff in the board room talk amongst themselves, the camera obviously continues to track and zoom in on them. basically highlighting that they are chatting!
As our install was done with a mixture of different components (Polycom, Teams NUC, Shure Speakers and Mic, managed switches etc) I cant actually get into the Polycom settings to see what options are available. Does anyone know if there is a way to neutralise the mic while muted, or any other options available to stop or pause tracking?
