We have an X30 in Poly mode, where device mode is not working when we plug in the usb + hdmi cable it automatically just shows the "content" function.
If we use a mouse or remote to manually select "Device Mode" it just shows a blank screen with mute and exit funtion.
Are we not supposed to switch between Device mode and normal mode insantly on a x30/50? -
User example could be, user 1: mirrorcast start, mirror cast stop.
user 2. plug in usb + hdmi cable and use system as device mode (would be best if this could happen automatically without the need for a remote or mouse to press "device mode" - is that possible.
Can you tell me what might be the issue?
Device Mode works perfectly if we put the x30 into permanent device mode in "provider mode"
