We just installed the Real Presence Group 700 system somehow it generated its own certificate. Now that we obtained our own certificate and loaded it on the system it only shows the one i uploaded but when logging into the web there is a certificate error. When i look at the details the OU shows Video Divisiion.. O shows Polycom Inc. L shows different city. This is not the info on the certificate i loaded on the system. How do i remove this self generated certificate so that the one i uploaded will take affect. Under Certification Optioins only shows one cert and thats the one i uploaded but the system is pulling a different one.
