EED PTZ 9 Duo Set Up with RP G500 Not Cutting to Active Speaker.

I am having an issue with the Director not cutting to a close up shot from a wide view of the room on screen. The EED CAM-R does track. CAM-R Pivots L/R in a speedy time. EED has been calibrated numerous times in the set up admin RP G500 settings menu.  

Yes, Room is well lit. 

Yes, CAM Pegs are seated correctly in EED Base Bar.

Yes, it is hosed up correctly.
