Hi,
We are having a problem with a recently installed Polycom ISDN gateway which we are using with a group series 500. ISDN outbound calls work fine (eg <ipaddress>##<isdn number>, but with inbound the gateway is seeing the inbound call but is dropping it, we are assuming that our inbound routing setup is incorrect. My question is in the log it doesn't display the "dialled number" which I believe should be presented by the ISDN interface to allow the call to be routed correctly, so is there a way of defaulting the gateway to connect to a group series on ANY inbound ISDN call (we only have one group series), or do we have to change the configuation of our ISDN to present the "dialled number" ? We have a number of HDX 8000 systems that work fine with ISDN, I'm assuming because the ISDN interfaces are on the HDX itself so the dialled number doesn't matter ? Does any of this makes sense to anyone ?
Cheers,
Andy
