Don't know what changed but I can't get my RP Group 300's (ver 4.3.1-240030) to connect to the CMA 4000 (ver 6.2.7.ER1) and retrieve phone book info. They register to it as an H.323 gateway just fine, and register SIP to my VCS Control just fine. Calls work just fine.
When I put in the address of the provisioning server via the web interface the EP says it's "Unable to locate the server" and the registration status shows "registration failed"
No ports are being blocked. Hoping someone can guide me in the right direction
