Call rate RP Desktop to GS500

Hi All,

I have a strange issue between RPD (3.9) and Group500 (6.1.6). I set both devices to a preferred call rate of 1920kbps, but not a single call reaches this desired rate.

When I call the GS500 fom my RPD, I reach a maximum of 512kbps with 720p, other way around a maximum of 1024kbps. Both devices a registered to RPRM with RPAD and DMA in the back. No bandwidth limitations at my site.

Any idea?
